HOW TO CREW is a series of 8 episodes by VICE & Grant's whisky, aiming to unearth new ways to be there for a friend. In each episode, a local host meets an unexpected expert to re-think about some of life's most asked questions.

I directed episode 3 titled "HOW TO HELP YOUR CREW SWITCH OFF", shot in Portugal over the course of two days, it features Antonio Santos alias 'Statikman', the World record holder for motionlessness (15 hours, 2 minutes and 55 seconds).

'Statikman', entertains the public with his unique ability to stand completely still for hours on end. He holds three Guinness World Records:

• Longest time standing still (15hrs)
• Longest time to walk 150 metres (8hrs)
• Longest time being still on a suspended platform (8hrs).
